Our Fee Arrangements
High Quality Results with Alternative Pricing Options
At Colderbank Law, our goal is always to achieve the highest quality results at the least cost to you. We do this by keeping our overhead down and creating alternative pricing options mean that we share the risk alongside our client — what better incentive is there to win?
Fee Arrangements Based on You and Your Case
Our billing methods include contingency fees for plaintiffs. This means that we don’t get paid unless you win your case. Additionally, some of our clients’ cases are suited for a flat fee, hourly fees, or a hybrid arrangement. These hybrid fees are a specialized blend of a flat fee with a contingency component — and are personalized for each client. These highly flexible billing arrangements are crafted from combinations of contingent, hourly, and flat fees. Whichever arrangement is best for you — our success is directly tied to yours.
Dedicated Representation Regardless of How You Pay
Our firm is not designed to “bloat” our bottom line by assigning multiple attorneys or by taking so many cases that we can’t keep track of them. Providing us with the time to get you the specialized attention you and your family deserve. We share both the risks and the rewards of each case with our clients. It’s an approach that not many lawyers are willing to take, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
And you won’t find our per hour cases handled with a different level of consideration, either. Whether trial preparation is at our expense or yours, you can rest assured that at our goal is to achieve the highest quality results in the most efficient manner possible.
